2018 BACK TO SCHOOL SESSION – STARTS AUGUST 20TH
Primetime’s Youth Fitness groups are designed to specifically help the physical needs for young athletes who are trying to become bigger, faster and stronger. This will be achieved by the utilization of different speed and agility exercises, plyometric training and strength training specific to the needs of young athletes.
**You can now choose to enroll for two days a week or three days a week based on your athlete’s needs!**
STRENGTH TRAINING TO THE CORE
Dates: (8 Weeks) Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Times: Beginner Group 6-7 pm / Advanced Group 7-8 pm

Instructor: Jeff Cottrell
Instructor Bio: Jeff graduated Ball State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and numerous certifications in healthy lifestyles principles. Jeff is also the owner and operator of Front Yard Fitness which provides training for youth and adults. Over the last ten years Jeff has trained high school, collegiate and professional athletes with a concentration on speed and strength. Over the last five years, Jeff has worked at Arsenal Tech High School as a Behavioral Adjustment Facilitator. During his tenure at Tech, he had the opportunity to coach Varsity Basketball and has been the Strength and Conditioning coach for fall, winter and spring sports. Jeff’s motto “Every child is special and should never be overlooked”.
