2018 WINTER SESSION – STARTS JANUARY 15TH
Primetime’s Youth Fitness groups are designed to specifically help the physical needs for young athletes who are trying to become bigger, faster and stronger. This will be achieved by the utilization of different speed and agility exercises, plyometric training and strength training specific to the needs of young athletes.

Dates: (8 Weeks) Mondays and Wednesdays January 15th-March 7th
Times: Beginner Group 6-7 pm / Advanced Group 7-8 pm
