2017  SPRING SESSION – STARTS APRIL 11TH
Primetime’s Youth Fitness groups are designed to specifically help the physical needs for young athletes who are trying to become bigger, faster and stronger. This will be achieved by the utilization of different speed and agility exercises, plyometric training and strength training specific to the needs of young athletes.

STRENGTH TRAINING TO THE CORE
Instructor: Tom Gerow (PE teacher and coach in the Carmel Clay School system)
Dates: (8 Weeks)
 Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 11th – June 1st

 Beginner Group 6-7 pm
 / Advanced Group 7-8 pm
