Youth Strength Development

Primetime’s Youth Strength Development Program will build each athlete from the ground up focusing on lower body strength, core strength, and upper body strength through various body weight exercises.  This is not a weight lifting program rather it’s an opportunity to develop strength at a young age, in a safe and controlled atmosphere.  This program is great for athletes looking to get ahead of the curve with strength training, children looking to get in better shape and learn more about fitness, and those that love to be challenged by new physical activities.  Coach Ryan Cole and Justin Schneider will conduct different assessment throughout the program to track each athlete’s progress.

Monday and Friday nights at UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL. 

5th and 6th Grade - 5:00 - 6:00 pm

7th and 8th Grade - 6:00 - 7:00 pm


SUMMER SESSION DATES - June 4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29, and July 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30 and August 3rd.
