Primetime Fitness
Indiana Primetime Sports Fitness Program provides an opportunity for all participants to achieve a high level of fitness and educate themselves on healthy lifestyle choices. Primetime offers a Youth Strength Development program as well as an Adult Fitness Class.
Ryan ColeRyan Cole is the director of Primetime Fitness and will be the primary instructor for all Fitness related programs. We ensure a 10:1 client to trainer ratio so there will always be professionals present encouraging and checking for proper form and technique during all exercises.
Ryan grew up as the son of an aerobic/yoga instructor, which exposed him to fitness classes at an early age. He is now proud to bring his own program to Indiana Primetime Sports which provides a variety of exercises that will focus on different elements of fitness such as; muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, cardio respiratory endurance and body composition. Ryan spent the last three years at Garrett High School where he was the Strength and Conditioning coach for all sports. While at Garrett, he developed a Middle School Weight Lifting Program and a Fitness Class for Staff Members. He is experienced at working with all age levels and all levels of fitness.
