Primetime Adult Fitness Class
WAS GETTING IN BETTER SHAPE YOUR NEWS YEARS RESOLUTION? ARE YOU READY TO GET YOUR BODY IN SHAPE FOR THE POOL THIS SUMMER?
Indiana Primetime Sports can help you with our Adult Fitness Class. Ryan Cole will be running a group fitness class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8 am at University High School, in Carmel. During the month of June, we will offer a 4 week program leading up to the week of July 4th. There will be 8 total workouts that will include a mix of step aerobics, cross fit, weight training, team activities, HIIT training and much more! Think boot camp with a twist!

The Class
The workouts will be different every session and all levels of fitness are encouraged to join. We will focus on getting your heart rate into a fat burning zone at the beginning of the workout and then maintaining it the rest of the time with creative workouts that will leave you wanting more! During each class, we will focus on building and toning certain muscles groups and always finishing with special attention to your ABS and CORE. The class will be challenging yet enjoyable to all. There will be different assessments done to track your progress during the 4 weeks. We want you to see results and have self-satisfaction for your hard work!
